wearing shades and cap during play

i usually see poker players especially in big events wear shades and caps. does this really help them with their A-game??
 
Maybe it makes them feel more at home at the table. There's also no rule that keeps you from wearing shades as well.
 
I do not think it is fair for the other players, here should be set some rules for them not to wear shades and cap during the play.
 
Considering rules... I don't think there should be restrictions considering players' accessories. All in all, a person comes to play, not to take photo on their ID or driving licence ;)
