wearing shades and cap during play

i usually see poker players especially in big events wear shades and caps. does this really help them with their A-game??

to read emotions or reactions. And using caps and shades they can hide from it.

Considering rules... I don't think there should be restrictions considering players' accessories. All in all, a person comes to play, not to take photo on their ID or driving licence
