Liverpool vs Genk Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Liverpool:
Alisson; Gomez, Lovren, Van Dijk, Milner: Fabinho, Keita, Lallana: Salah, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Origi

Genk:
Coucke; Maehle, Cuesta, Lucumi, Uronen; Ito, Heynen, Berge, Bongonda; Samatta; Onuachu

Liverpool started the Champions League campaign with a 2:0 defeat at Napoli. In the second round the Reds beat Salzburg with 4:3 at Anfield. The Austrian champions trailed 3:0 in the first half but battled back to 3:3 before Salah grabbed the winner in the finish of the match. In the third round Liverpool outplayed Genk. The Merseysiders play excellent on that match and won 4:1 in Belgium. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlan was the key name on that match after scoring a brace. Sadio Mane netted the third, while Mohamed Salah the fourth goal. Liverpool are in excellent form and they come into this game having secured three points against Aston Villa on Saturday. Having trailed 1:0 until the 86th minute, the Reds first equalized through Andy Robertson, while Mane secured the victory in the stoppage time. But there is no time for celebration, Liverpool have a busy schedule. Klopp must consider some rotations, particularly knowing the derby with Manchester City is coming few days later. Xherdan Shaqiri remain sidelined with a calf problem, while Nathaniel Clyne is a long-term absentee with a knee injury. Joel Matip is also out injured and he is expecting back after the international break. Divock Origi, who spent nine years in Genk at the beginning of his career, should lead the attack.

Genk have just one point after the first three matches and this game is their last chance to keep the promotion hopes alive. They started the European campaign with a heavy 6:2 defeat to Red Bull Salzburg. Felice Mazzu's men played poor and allowed teenager Erling Braut Haaland to score a first-half hat-trick that decided the game. Jhon Lucumi and Mbwana Samata acored the goals for the Belgian outfit. In the second round they faced Napoli. Genk managed to stay unbeaten playing a goalless draw at home. As I've already wrote above, Genk lost 4:1 to Liverpool in the third round. The actual domestic form is also bad. They lost 2:0 away at Eupen on Saturday night falling to the 9th place in the Jupiler League. Previously they played only a 2:2 draw with Antwerpen at home, another disappointing result. Genk have to improve their domestic form in order to play in the European competitions next season as well. For this match Mazzu will be missing the goalkeeper Danny Vukovic through Achilles injury. The club top scorer Mbwana Samatta should start the match after he was rested duringt the weekend.

Liverpool vs Genk Prediction
:

I don't expect more than three goals at Anfield. Genk will try to avoid another humiliation and I expect a careful approach. Klopp, meanwhile, will try to save his key players for the upcoming derby with Manchester City. Considering these facts, I believe this will be a low scoring match.

Liverpool vs Genk Pick
: Under 3.5 goals @ 2.22 with Pinnacle

Lokomotiv Moscow vs Juventus Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Lokomotiv Moscow:
Guilherme; Idowu, Howedes, Corluka, Murilo, Ignatyev; Krychowiak, Barunov, Mario; Eder, Kolomeytsev

Juventus:
Szczesny; Cuadrado, Bonucci, De Ligt, Sandro; Khedira, Pjanic, Matuidi; Bernardeschi; Ronaldo, Dybala

Lokomotiv Moscow will be looking to escape back-to-back defeats from Juventus in the Champions League. The Russian outfit have three points after the first three matches and this game is extremely important for their ambitions. Lokomotiv started the European campaign with a 2:1 win over Bayer Leverkusen in Germany. Yuri Semin's men were excellent on that match and deserved the victory. Grzegorz Krychowiak and Dmitri Barinov were the scorers on that match. But in the next two matches Lokomotiv suffered two defeats. They lost 2:0 at home to Atletico Madrid and lost 2:1 in the reverse fixture with Juventus in Turin. The actual domestic form is bad. They lost 3:0 to Spartak Moscow and played just an 1:1 draw with Ufa on Saturday. The atmosphere in the squad isn't at desired level, while the players confidence is low. To be worse, coach Semin has lot of injury issues. Jefferson Farfan and Boris Rotenberg are long-term injury victims, while Fedor Smolov, Luka Djordjevic and Anton Miranchuk remain sidelined. Maciej Rebus has recovered from a groin injury and featured against Ufa at the weekend. However, I don't think he is ready to play his second match in just four days.

Juventus have seven points after the first three rounds. In the opening match Juve dropped a two-goal lead only to draw 2:2 with Atletico Madrid. A point from Wanda Metropolitano is definitely a good result. Nevertheless, dropping two-goal advantage with 20 minutes to go, was very disappointing. Juan Cuadrado and Blaise Matuidi scored the goals. The Old Lady won the next two matches. First they beat Bayer Leverkusen with 3:0. Gonzalo Higuain scored one goal and assisted on another, while Federico Bernardeschi and Cristiano Ronaldo netted the remaining two. Paulo Dybala was the hero in the third round. He rescued his team with two late goals as Juve came from behind to defeat Lokomotiv Moscow 2:1. The fans are hungry for European trophy and players are well aware of this fact, as so the coach Maurizio Sarri. The Serie A Giants have not lifted the trophy since 1996, but the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo raised the expectations. Last season Juventus were surprisingly knocked out by Ajax in the quarter-finals, a failure that costed Alegri his job. Sarri is still without injured Giorgio Chiellini and Mattia Perin, while Mario Mandzukic and Emre Can are not included in the Champions League squad. On the positive note, the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Danilo, Mattia De Sciglio and Douglas Costa are all fit following recent injury issues.

Lokomotiv Moscow vs Juventus Prediction:

I expect both teams to score in Moscow. This is the crucial match for Lokomotiv. The hosts must score to keep their promotion hopes alive.
Yuri Semin's men were able to score in Italy, so why not at home. Juventus, meanwhile, have a player able to make the difference - Cristiano Ronaldo. But not only him, there are Dybala and Higuain, too. I can't imagine the guests to leave the match goalless.

Barcelona vs Slavia Praha Prediction
  • Slavia earned a shock 1-1 draw at Milan on Matchday 1 but we think that it is unlikely that Barca will allow that to happen. The Catalans will be aiming to return to winning ways with a comprehensive victory and we are expecting them to do just that with a 3-0 win or better.

Barcelona -2

Liverpool vs Genk Prediction
  • We don’t have much hope in Genk after they suffered a 4-1 defeat in the reverse fixture, and it could get even worse. This should be a straightforward match for the hosts and we are tipping Liverpool for a 3-0 win or better.
Asian Handicap
Liverpool -2.75
Odds: 1.96

Chelsea vs Ajax Prediction
  • Lampard will be concerned with the fact that the Blues have failed to land a win at home yet against top sides, with Liverpool, Valencia and Manchester United all having won here since he took over as manager. We do expect Ajax to get a result here despite a disappointing 1-0 loss to the Blues in the reverse fixture, and we are tipping this game to end in a 1-1 draw.
Asian Handicap
Ajax +0.5
Odds: 1.99

Manchester City's group phase is coming to an end, as it already has a three to three win streak and can now extend its Bergamo series with Atalanta. The Italians are ineffective but at the same time very aggressive
ATALANTA BERGAMASCA CALCIO vs MANCHESTER CITY @@ +3.50 Over, odds 1.75

Bayern Munich are big favorites in the match, with players having to prove things. With the removal of the technician and recent failures, he has to be serious and get the win. Olympiacos will fight for the best. Bayern score comfortably, while defenses have gaps and their focus is easily breached, so scoring for both teams is very likely
