Milan vs Torino Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Milan:
Tatarusanu; Kalulu, Kjaer, Thiaw; Calabria, Pobega, Tonali, Krunic, Hernandez; Leao, Giroud

Torino:
Milinkovic-Savic; Schuurs, Buongiorno, Rodriguez; Aina, Linetty, Vieira, Vojvoda; Miranchuk, Vlasic; Sanabria

Milan will try to stop the miserable run when they host Torino at San Siro. The reigning champions are sharing the fifth place with Atalanta. Both teams have 38 points, one less than fourth-placed Lazio. One point is not too much, but something else is a bigger problem - Milan are in awful form at the moment. The Rossoneri have three defeats on the last three matches in Serie A. They lost 4:0 to Lazio, 5:2 to Sassuolo and lost 1:0 to Inter in the Derby della Madonnina last weekend. The last defeat was narrow, but hard to be "swallowed" as it came from the city rivals. Coach Stefano Pioli is under enormous pressure, another failure could mean his change. Defending the Scudetto already look impossible, Napoli have 18 points advantage. The Rossoneri have to improve quickly as they play against Tottenham in the Champions League on Tuesday. To be worse, some important players are sidelined. Ismael Bennacer, Fikayo Tomori and goalkeeper Mike Maignan are all out injured. Zlatan Ibrahimovic has finally returned to training after eight months, but the 41-year-old will probably start from the bench. Olivier Giroud should lead the line, but there is a dilemma about his partner in the attack - Divock Origi or out-of-form Rafael Leao.

Torino are between the most pleasant surprise in Serie A. They are currently on the seventh position with 30 points and the fans are satisfied. The Granata are close to secure an European spot for the next season, at least in UEFA Conference League. Of course, the next period will be crucial for their ambitions, starting from this fixture. Facing Milan wasn't a good experience for Toro, but this season is different. This will be the third mutual games between Milan and Torino. The Granata won 2:1 the reverse fixture played in October in Turin and also enjoyed a memorable victory in the Last 16 of Coppa Italia. Coach Ivan Juric is doing a fantastic job and the current results are good. His men have two victories and one draw on the last three matches in Serie A. They managed to beat Fiorentina and Udinese, while shared the points with Empoli. For this match Juric has four injury worries. Striker Pietro Pellegri is doubtful due to a thigh problem, while three other players are definitely sidelined. Samuele Ricci has sustained a calf injury which will keep him out at least three weeks, while Valentino Lazaro and David Zima are both long-term injury victims. Ronaldo Vieira, who signed during January transfer window, could replace Ricci in midfield.

Milan vs Torino Prediction:

I think Torino could remain unbeaten at San Siro. They are in excellent form with two victories and one draw on the last three matches in Serie A. On contrary, Milan are in series of three defeats in the league. In addition, they lost the Supercoppa in Saudi Arabia and suffered a cup elimination. The players confidence is low and Torino should take advantage from the opponents- issues.

Milan vs Torino Pick: Torino +0.5 AH @ 2.11 with Pinnacle

Lecce vs AS Roma
Lecce has won once against AS Roma in the past 20 years, and Marco Baroni’s team has lost to Mourinho’s nearly twice. Moreover, after returning from the World Cup, Roma have picked up four wins one draw and one defeat in the league where they lost points when against AC Milan and the leader Napoli. Roma should win again.

AS Roma @1.95
