Casino games are really easy to play and only requires small amount of money to start playing games, do how do you prevent yourself from getting addicted? or if you are addicted to it how are you dealing with it?
Get help from a professional,That's the best way. You can try to do other things when you feel you may hurt yourself to keep your mind off of whatever is causing you to do this, like running, working out, writing go outside, paint, ride a bike, bake a cake, go for a walk with your ipod, sit by the lake, draw what you see in the park.

Make yourself and your body in control and enjoy playing the way it should be. Try to leave your bank card at home next time and only hold in cash with you that you can afford to lose.
It's really hard to stop once your into it. But here's what I did I'll look at my pocket and if I find my money is
becoming thinner and lesser that is the signal that I have to stop.
I was addicted on playing when my friend introduced me in different online casinos. Sometimes I wasn't able to focus on my studies because of playing and the enjoyment it brings to me. Then when I get matured enough, I was able to lessen my time in playing by focusing more on my social activities and stuffs.
I think it's a matter of self-discipline. If you think you are losing enough and you started to "loose" yourself...then go out from gambling and have some break...
I agree, if it bothers your life and your family, might as well stop from it. You may ask your betting site to close your account from you so that you are hindered to use it.
Gambling means Gambling... Money Cars FAMILY!
