Borussia Dortmund welcomes Tottenham in a match of the fifth round of Group H in the Champions League.
After disappointing results in both matches with Cypriot APOEL, Borussia lost the chances of continuing in the Champions League. The Yellow-Blacks have only two points in their assets and take third place while their upcoming rival Tottenham is the leader in the group with ten points and will hope to remain undefeated in the tournament after their visit to Signal Iduna Park.

The painful season of Borussia Dortmund shows no signs of improvement, and things have got worse over the past weekend. Star striker Pierre-Emerich Obamayang was eliminated for disregarding discipline in the club and without him Dortmund lost a 1:2 visit to Stuttgart. This left them in 5th place in the Bundesliga, and in the Champions League they did not manage to win any of the four so far. On their own ground they made a 1:1 draw with APOEL in their last game and before they lost Real Madrid by 1:3.

With the same result, the "yellow and black" also lost to Wembley. Tottenham is stronger at the moment, but bookmakers do not give Londoners a chance to win this match. Tottenham enjoyed a fantastic campaign in the Champions League after an unsuccessful attempt at the group stage last season. They are entering the penultimate round of the group stage at the top of the table, three points above Real Madrid after taking four points against them in both matches. It is obvious that Bernabeu's 1:1 draw was a great success, but even more impressive was their Wembley victory 3:1. It was no luck, but a well-deserved victory of the spurs over the current European champions.

Far from home, Mauriceio Pocetino's winners have won five of their eight official games this season, losing only against Manchester United and Arsenal. Now they are facing the tricky team of Borussia Dortmund who have lost three of their last four home games by allowing ten goals in the process and expect Tottenham to avoid defeat in this visit.

Pick: X2
