What's the difference between BSO and bet-IBC?

Hi, joined this forum very recently, noticed a website I never heard about before called BSO, then I checked and they are the same company as bet-IBC.

My question: what differences between the two?
 
Never tried Bet-ibc myself but a close friend of mine who is very much into betting warned me about them, he said they are the worst broker out there. He has a lot of experience in betting and with brokers, so I tend to trust his words.
