Germany vs Switzerland Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Germany:
Neuer; Can, Sule, Rudiger; Klostermann, Kimmich, Kroos, Halstenberg; Gnabry, Werner, Havertz

Switzerland:
Sommer; Benito, Rodriguez, Schar, Elvedi, Widmer; Sow, Xhaka, Freuler; Seferovic, Shaqiri

Germany have 5 points after three rounds of UEFA Nations League. They sit second in Group D of Pot A, two points behind the leaders Spain. Die Mannschaft are big favorites in this match, though the last results were not particularly successful. The Germans failed to register a victory in the first two matches of the competition, starting with an 1:1 draw against Switzerland. Joachim Loew's men had an one-goal advantage thanks to the goal scored by Ilkay Gundogan, but conceded in the second half and dropped two points at the end. The similar scenario was in the next match when Germany faced Spain in Stuttgart. The result was the same, another 1: 1 draw. Once again they took an advantage after Timo Werner found the back of the net with a powerful low drive in 51st minute. And once again they let the opponents to equalize. Spain scored during the stoppage time, in the 95th minute of the match. However, one thing should be mentioned - Bayern Munich contingent of players weren't involved in those two matches. They returned against Ukraine last week and Germany obtained the first victory. Die Mannschaft managed to win 2:1 in Kiev thanks to goals from Matthias Ginter and Leon Goretzka. Loew is expected to make some changes from the side that started in Kiev, with Timo Werner, Emre Can and Kai Havertz likely to come into the starting eleven.

Switzerland are at the bottom of the group with just one point from their opening three matches. They started the campaign with a 2:1 defeat to Ukraine in Lviv. The hosts an early advantage, but the Swiss striker Haris Seferovic equalized in the 41st minute. Nevertheless, the guests left the stadium empty-handed after Zinchenko’s goal. In the second round Switzerland played an 1:1 home draw with Germany. Gundogan gave the visitors an 1:0 lead after 14 minute, but Silvan Widmer secured a point for Switzerland. As I wrote above, Germany were missing Bayern Munich players, so the result shouldn't be overrated. In the third match Switzerland suffered a narrow 1:0 loss to Spain. Real Sociedad player Mikel Oyarzabal scored the only goal of the game in the 14th minute after big mistake from the guests. Goalkeeper Yann Sommer tried to take a short goal kick but misplaced his pass to Granit Xhaka, with Mikel Merino nipping in to steal the ball and feed Real Sociedad team mate Oyarzabal, who finished with ease. Switzerland could score too, but keeper David de Gea reacted well to deny Loris Benito. Coach Vladimir Petkovic has some issues as Manuel Akanji is currently in isolation and won't play too. On the positive note, Liverpool's winger Xherdan Shaqiri joined the national team after testing negative for Covid-19 and should start here. Haris Seferovic, who has scored 19 goals for the national team, is expected to lead the line.

Germany vs Switzerland Prediction:

As I wrote above, Germany are two points behind the leaders Spain. With a trip to Madrid pending next month, it is very important to take the three points from this match. And I believe they will win. This will be the third match in just one week for both national teams and the players are surely tired. So, the fact that Loew has longer roster could be the crucial here. Players like Werner, Emre Can and Havertz could make the difference. They didn't start against Ukraine and should decide this one.

Germany vs Switzerland Pick:
Germany -1.5 AH @ 2.26 with Pinnacle

Italy
They are on a run now with a three-match unbeaten streak in the League. And they even have been unbeaten for eighteen matches. What people think of Italy is their great offensive and poor defensive. But they have improved themselves. They have no conceding goal in recent 3 games.

Netherlands
There are some excellent players such as Frenkie De Jong, Donny van de Beek and so on in Netherlands, but the only shortcoming is that they are lack of experience so they do not play steadily. Netherlands have only one win in 4 games of the League, which disappoints people.

Verdict:
The Asian handicap first odd is Italy rovers -0.25, low return, which shows support to them. There is no big gap between Italy and Netherlands. But Italy are in high morale. Netherlands suffer a losing streak. So Italy have the trend to win.

Italy VS Netherlands
Pick: Italy -0.25

England vs Denmark Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

England:
Pickford; Dier, Coady, Maguire; James, Rice, Henderson, Chilwell; Sancho, Kane, Rashford

Denmark:
Schmeichel; Wass, Kjaer, Christensen, Skov; Delaney, Hojbjerg; Poulsen, Eriksen, Braithwaite; Dolberg

England have 7 points and sit first in Group 2 of Pot A. They started the campaign with a narrow 1:0 victory against Iceland in Reykjavik. It was a tight match that was decided in the finish when Raheem Sterling converted a penalty. In the next round England played a goalless draw with Denmark in Copenhagen. It was a poor encounter without many chances on both sides. The Three Lions had just two shots on target, their fewest since October 2018. However, they took advantage from the home ground during the weekend and beat Belgium with 2:1 on Sunday. The guests took an early lead when Romelu Lukaku sent Jordan Pickford the wrong way after the striker had been brought down by Eric Dier's poor challenge. It was the first goal England have conceded in exactly a year (last time they received a goal from the Czech Republic on 11 October 2019). England came back into the game six minutes before half-time from another penalty after Henderson went down very easily in a tussle with Thomas Meunier. Marcus Rashford scored from the spot and became the fourth Manchester United player to score in four consecutive competitive appearances for England, after Bobby Charlton, Beckham and Rooney. England enjoyed more possession in the second half and Mason Mount scored the winning goal in the 64th minute. For this match Southgate has most of his players available, only Harry Kane and Jordan Henderson are rated as doubtful. Kane has recovered from a minor injury issue, but Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is insisting his striker to be rested from this match. Henderson, meanwhile, has just recovered from injury and he is surely tired after played more than an hour against Belgium.

Denmark have a balanced record of one win, one draw and one loss. They lost 2:0 to Belgium in the first match of the group, while in the second round played a goalless draw with England. I already wrote about that match, a poor encounter without many chances on both sides. On Sunday Denmark managed to obtain their first victory, winning 3:0 against Iceland. It was a dominant display by the Danes who had almost 70% possession and 16 shots in total. An own-goal by Runar Mar Sigurjonsson gave the visitors a first-half lead following the 9th corner. Central defender Simon Kjaer rose highest to head the ball on target and Halldorsson batted it away, but it bounced off Sigurjonsson and crept over the line, with the referee awarding the goal despite big protests from the Iceland players. A superb strike by Christian Eriksen in the 46th minute doubled the advantage. The former Tottenham midfielder has been directly involved in 13 goals in his last 17 appearances for the national team, scoring 10 and assisting three. Robert Skov secured a deserved victory in the 61st minute. It was the best goal of the night, a brilliant right-foot shot into the top corner. Coach Kasper Hjulmand registered his first competitive win as coach and that's a positive moment for him. The victory saw Denmark third in the group with four points, three behind England. That is why this game is very important. Three points from London could put Denmark in position to fight for the first place again. Considering these fact, I expect an open approach from the guests. Hjulmand has no important missing players, though he has some "sweet issues" as Mathias Jensen and Pione Sisto are pushing for a starting spot.

England vs Denmark Prediction
:

England beat Belgium with 2:1 and I believe the players confidence is high. Denmark, meanwhile, will try to replicate the same kind of performance which they delivered against Iceland when scored three goals. I expect an open encounter with goals on both sides.

England vs Denmark Pick
: Both teams to score - Yes @ 1.91 Pinnacle
