Ah mate, sorry you’re dealing with that. Not gonna lie, this sounds like the oldest scam in the book.
Any site that says you need to “pay a fine to unlock withdrawal” or “pay more to become VIP to get your winnings” is almost never legit. Real betting sites don’t do that. If they need verification, they ask for documents, not extra money.
The most important thing right now is don’t send them another cent. They’ll just keep inventing new “levels” or “fees” forever. That’s how these traps work.
Take screenshots of everything you’ve got. Chats, emails, the withdrawal screen, the “fine” request, any VIP message. Keep it all saved.
Check if they’re actually licensed. Look for a real regulator name and license number on their site, then verify it on the regulator’s website. If you can’t confirm a real license, treat them as unregulated and unsafe.
If you deposited by card or PayPal, contact your provider as soon as possible and ask about a chargeback or dispute for a fraudulent merchant. If it was crypto, it’s much harder to reverse, but still report the wallet addresses and the platform to any local authority you can.
I know it’s frustrating, especially if you’re sitting on “winnings,” but the harsh truth is if they’re asking for more money to release your money, they’re not planning to pay you
