West Ham United

They play especially well this season, getting 11W-6D-6L in 23 rounds. Now they are the sixth in the table of the League with 39 points, only 1 point away from top four. They are in form, which have been unbeaten for three matches.

Sheffield United

Instead, they play poorly this season, ranking in the bottom of the table. They have got only 11 points in 23 rounds. They are weak in both offensive and defensive, with 15 scoring goals and 37 conceding goals.

Verdict:

West Ham United get 1W-2D-1L from Sheffield United. However, Sheffield United have less than 10 % winning percentage as traveller. The Asian handicap first odd is West Ham United -0.5, and then up to -0.75. It is predicted that West Ham United are going to win.

Leicester City vs Liverpool Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Leicester City:
Schmeichel; Pereira, Evans, Soyuncu, Fuchs; Ndidi, Tielemans; Albrighton, Maddison, Barnes; Vardy

Liverpool:
Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Kabak, Fabinho, Robertson; Thiago, Henderson, Wijnaldum; Salah, Firmino, Mane

Leicester City will host Liverpool at the King Power Stadium on Saturday lunchtime. The Foxes have collect 43 points, three mores than their actual opponents. Overall, they have 13 victories, 4 draws and 6 defeats so far in the Premier League. The actual form is mixed, one win, one draw and one defeat on the last three league matches. First they surprisingly lost 3:1 to Leeds United at home. Everything looked good when Harvey Barnes scored the opening goal, but then Leeds scored three unanswered goals and secured the victory. For the first time this season Leicester dropped points from a winning position. In the next round the Foxes beat Fulham with 2:0 at Craven Cottage. Midfielder James Maddison played a key role in both goals, delivering a delightful in-swinging cross for Kelechi Iheanacho to head home before teeing up James Justin to double the lead on the stroke of half-time. It was the first time in his career Maddison to assisted two goals in a single Premier League match. Finally, Brendan Rodgers' men played a goalless draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend. It was the fifth away clean sheet for Kasper Schmeichel this season. He is looking to keep three successive league clean sheets for the first time since November 2019. I will also mention that Leicester qualified for the FA Cup quarter-finals after beat Brighton with 1:0 on Wednesday. Iheanacho scored the lone goal in the stoppage time. The atmosphere in the squad is excellent, while the players confidence is high. However, the hosts have some injury problems. Full-back James Justin suffered a knee injury against Brighton. Most probably he will miss this match. Timothy Castagne is also sidelined, as well as Ayoze Perez, Wesley Fofana, Dennis Praet and Wes Morgan. Some players that were rested against Brighton in the FA Cup (Kasper Schmeichel, Harvey Barnes, Jonny Evans and James Maddison) should come back into the starting eleven.

Liverpool are looking to return to winning ways at the King Power Stadium. The reigning champions suffered a painful 4:1 defeat to Manchester City last weekend. The Reds look a long way from the team that cruised to title glory last season and won the Champions League the previous year. It was their second defeat in a row, after losing 1:0 to Brighton in the previous round. Jurgen Klopp has lost successive league fixtures for the first time as Liverpool manager. Interesting to be mentioned, the Reds have not lost three in a row since November 2014, under current Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers. The biggest question between the fans is "what’s gone wrong for their club?" According to me, the injury situation is the first and key reason. All three centre-backs are long-term injury victims. Virgil van Dijk, the key defender has suffered a knee-ligaments injury against Everton in the fifth round and missed the whole season. Only his absence was huge handicap, but there's more as Joe Gomez also suffered a knee injury while on international duty with England. That means both first-choice central defenders were unavailable for a significant period. To be worse, Joel Matip, the only remained option on that position, also suffered an injury and will be sidelined until the end of the season. Many other players also suffered injury or illness, like Diogo Jota, Thiago Alcantara, Alisson, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Fabinho, Naby Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain;, Jordan Henderson, Sadio Mane etc. According to me, there’s no shame in the Reds' season, they’ve just had long-term injuries to key players in key positions. The second reason is connect with the global pandemic. There are no fans at Anfield and this is a problem as the players are used to have loud support. Liverpool have dropped 13 points at home, something unthinkable in the last seasons. Anfield is no longer a fortress and this situation frustrates the players. Finally, Klopp should rotate much better. It is clear fatigue is between the reasons for the poor results. For this match he remain without mentioned defensive trio of van Dijk, Gomez and Matip, plus Naby Keita and Diogo Jota. Three players are rated as doubtful as Thiago Alcantara, Fabinho and Georginio Wijnaldum trained away from the rest of the squad. The deadline day signings Ben Davies and Ozan Kabak are both looking for debut in Reds' shirt.

Leicester City vs Liverpool Prediction:

Brendan Rodgers has yet to register a victory against former club Liverpool. However, the Irishman will never get a better opportunity as the Reds are in deep crisis. Liverpool have lost the previous two matches in the Premier League and the confidence is low. Most of the players look tired at the moment and that's a big problem. To be more complicate, Liverpool will face Leipzig in the Champions League three days later. Considering the mentioned reasons and Leicester's good form, I think the host won't lose here.

Leicester vs Liverpool

A late train to title

As late as it is to win and get back to the title game, there is still so much at stake for this game. Leicester needs to solidify their top 3 position on the table. Liverpool, Chelsea, and West Ham all feel they can find themselves even at 2nd and looking for any chances to take advantage of. I do not think Liverpool is happy about this fact either. If both teams draw, Chelsea and West Ham, with their rather lighter schedule might suddenly become contenders for the top three. If Liverpool loses this game, they might find themselves in the 6th position racing with Everton suddenly. Three losses in a row are something unheard of Liverpool, Klopp still has some credit but this won’t be well accepted by fans if they cant take this one home. Leicester has a tough defence, and they are used to the big games like this but up until now they only claimed 5 wins at home with 5 loss and a draw. Van Dijks’ absence costed Liverpool a lot already. Klopp sees young Kabak as a saviour but who knows what he can do in such a short time. Experienced attack will really want to take this Whoever scores will try to hold their position. If they fail it will be end up as a draw.

Manchester City vs Tottenham

The day that everybody is a Spurs fan

Many times, we thought “this is the game for Mourinho to save his ass” but many times we got disappointed. Especially after the Everton game at the Cup this week. Maybe Keane was right after all. With Keane back, Mourinho will give this one a hard push, to recollect the team’s confidence and get them back to the European qualifiers position but they can hardly win this one. I see no reason why Manchester City couldn’t win this one.

Manchester United vs West Bromwich

Eyes still on the top

Evertons’ unfortunate last minute goal devasted United in their last game and they quickly need to leave that behind and push their best to get back up for the title. There is nothing to leave to chance or to leave loose ends like they did with Sheffield and Everton. The squad is on a good condition, they just have to be serious and result oriented.

Arsenal vs Leeds

An eventful night

Gunners had seen some bad weeks behind and their long time rival is trying to make sure it stays that way. Both teams suprised PL audiences with their results, both good and bad ways and both teams does not like draws indeed. Leeds haven’t seen a draw since November last year, it is really hit or miss with them. Likewise Arsenal saw 3 games drawn in last 15 games. Playing with 3.5 goal average per match, Leeds games are hardly boring.

Chelsea vs Newcastle Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Chelsea:
Mendy; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Rudiger; James, Jorginho, Kante, Chilwell; Mount, Abraham, Werner

Newcastle:
Darlow; Krafth, Clark, Dummett, Lewis; Hayden, Willock, Shelvey, Almiron; Joelinton, Saint-Maximin

Chelsea will host Newcastle United in the Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are outside Top 4, but a victory here will prove they are back in contention for the Champions League spots. It's been a solid start to life at Chelsea for the new manager Thomas Tuchel. The German coach, who was previously in PSG, has replaced the club legend Frank Lampard. He has won four and drawn one of the five matches as manager. Strong defense is the key for success - Chelsea have conceded just one goal under Tuchel, against Sheffield United when won 2:1. Interesting, it was an own-goal from Antonio Rudiger. Previously Tuchel managed to beat Burnley and Tottenham, while shared the points with Wolverhampton. Chelsea were also successful in the FA Cup. They secured the quarter-finals after beat Barnsley with 1:0 on Thursday. Tammy Abraham was the scorer in the second half. It was a tough match and Chelsea scored from their only shot on target. Tuchel should be satisfy with the next rivals as Sheffield United are between the desirable opponents. Chelsea have the majority of first-team players ready for this match, but there are some issues too. The experienced central defender Thiago Silva will not play due to a muscular problem. Timo Werner, who skipped the match against Barnsley due to a dead leg, is rated as doubtful. Kai Havertz is also an injury doubt due to a knock. Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham could start alongside Werner in the attack, meaning Olivier Giroud should drop to the bench. N'Golo Kante made his first start under Tuchel on Thursday. It is hard to predict if the French international will feature again, maybe he isn't ready to start successive matches.

Newcastle are just outside the drop zone, on the 17th place. They have won 7, drawn 4 and lost 12 of their 23 Premier League matches this season. Only two sides have lost more league games than the Magpies this term - West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield United. There was a big pressure on manager Steve Bruce during the previous month, however it is much better now. The reason is they have a 10-point advantage to the 18th Fulham, who play against Everton a day before. The actual form is good, they have two victories on the last three matches. The Magpies have beat Everton and Southampton to ease any relegation fears. The atmosphere in the squad is much better now. Steve Bruce's men have secured a 3:2 win against Southampton at home which will give them a boost in confidence ahead of the trip to London. But the victory at St Mary's was paid very high as Bruce has lot of injury and suspension worries. Jeff Hendrick saw a red card last weekend and now must serve the suspension. Fabian Schar sustained a knee injury on the same match and will be out for several months. Finally, the best striker Callum Wilson came off against Southampton with a hamstring injury and will be sidelined in the next two months. His absence is a huge blow for the club as Wilson has directly contributed to 60% of Newcastle's goals in the Premier League this season, a greater share than any other single player in the league this season. Joelinton or Andy Carroll should replace Wilson in this match, but it won't be easy. Javier Manquillo is a long-term injury absentee with ankle injury. Ciaran Clark missed the game at St Mary's to attend the birth of his child but should return here. Jamaal Lascelles and Federico Fernandez are rated as doubtful due to fitness issues.

Chelsea vs Newcastle Prediction:

I expect less than four goals here. Tuchel has improved the defense, the Blues have conceded just one goal on five matches under him. The German coach started with a goalless draw at home to Wolverhampton, but won each of the four matches since then, overcoming Burnley, Tottenham and Sheffield United in the Premier League, and Barnsley in the FA Cup. All five mentioned matches have finished with Under 3.5 goals. Newcastle, meanwhile, failed to score in four of their last five away league matches. It will be much harder to score now when Wilson is injured. Considering these facts, I expect a low scoring match at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea vs Newcastle Pick: Under 3.5 goals @ 1.55 with 1xBet

Yes, one goal more and everything would be perfect. However, it is still very good. Good luck in the future
