Defenders John Stones and Aymeric Laporte are out, so Nathan Ake and Ruben Dias should start in the middle of the defense. Takumi Minamino and Divock Origi took their chance to impress, however it is hard to believe some of them could start against Brentford. Klopp has injury issues too, as Firmino, Thiago Alcantara and Neco Williams will probably skip the match. Trent Alexander-Arnold is recovering from illness and should start here, while Naby Keita is rated as doubtful.

Brentford vs Liverpool Prediction:

Liverpool are huge favorites against newly-promoted side, however, it won't be easy for the Reds. Brentford already beat Arsenal at home. Klopp may have one eye on upcoming matches with Porto and Manchester City in the Champions League and Premier League respectively. In situation like that, it is possible Brentford to upset the Reds. At least they could score.
