guys.. i made a bet at grimbsy vs solihull i made an asian handicap +1.50 for solihull and the match came 1:1.. did i own or not?? cause basic asian handicap rules say i own..

they flagged my bet as loss but they said for your bet to win it had to score +2 goals which is not true.. +1.5 gives an advantage of goals -1.5 takes goals from the team.

That sportsbook is absolute shite from the first sight.... they have chaos in their odds.

Solihull AH+1,5 was in fact priced around 1,15
This sportsbook priced it @ 3,00

Your bet was right, your arguments are right, but when you bet with sportsbook like this, you can expect shit like this. They made a mistake and they scam their players by saying things like "this offer wasn't meant like that" 😅
 
From the second screenshot I get it like it could be translated in different ways...

the handciap is always meant for home side here, so your bet could be translated like "WIN Sollihul (2) if Grimsby (H)+1.5" ... so they are right if this is correct translation.

I don't know if I'm right but my suggestion is to buy running shoes.... and run from them asap!!!🏃‍♂️💨

i dont believe they can do that.. the bet was under asian handicap only and not a combo.. so by implying asian handicap they have to follow the rules of asian handicap.. their excuse was that the team didnt win by +2 goals. which is the opposite of +1.5.. from my understanding +1.5 gives an advantage of 2 goals to the under dog and -1.5 takes 2 goals from the favorite.. i have filed with the greek online commission.. do you know any alternative dispute resolution companies?
 
I understand what you mean but if them basterds translate the letter "H" as a "Home side" and not "Handicap" then this could be endless battle, because the odds were offered in that way.

In my eyes, they should return money to you and apologize for chaos in the odds offer.

I can't help you I just tried to find sense in their argument. I also hope you will get some sort of revenge, good luck!

This doesn't look like you lost to me. What reason did your book give to you? Maybe it was an error while settling and will require a little time to verify and update.

Hey giresse.. its been 2 days and the bet is flagged as loss.. they told me that the team didnt win by +2 goals.. which is the opposite of +1.5 AH..
 
I actually want to start my own Online casino. I'm trying to find out what people are mostly into .
 
If you placed an Asian Handicap bet of +1.50 for Solihull and the match ended in a 1-1 draw, then you would have won the bet. This is because the handicap means that Solihull is given a 1.5 goal advantage, so if they lose by 1 goal or draw, you would still win the bet. In this case, since the match ended in a draw, your bet would have won.
