Both players had great matches during this tournament mostly because of their impressive serving stats. If they maintain those stats the match will be balanced.
Yesterday Cilic won his match agains Lacko in straigth sets and apparently is in a better shape than during the american hardcourt season. Kohlschreiber played against Thomas Fabbiano and Michael Berrer without droping a single set or a game on his serve.
Currently the odds at betfair are arround 1,7 for Cilic and 2.5 for Kohlschreiber.
Wait one or two games of serve from both players and see if they maitain the previous matches stats. If they perform well in that aspect it's a good idea to scalp Cilic on serve.*
