Losses at casino exceed jackpot

My biggest concern is proving its loss. I'm definitely not a tax expert, but one main question comes to mind. Do you have receipts from the casino? If you can prove the loss, maybe its then okay. But without hard proof - you really can't claim what you lost. I've sat down at casinos quite a bit and never had a receipt given to me. Even an ATM receipt from inside a casino would be sketchy I think. It might prove you got money at the casino, but not that you cashed it out or actually lost it. Hmmm.

Hmm, it made me think as well, but as far as i know, they do serve receipt and proof that you played on their stuff.
