Strange decision) Perhaps I'm missing something, but why would you look for people from another country to place a bet in this day and age? I'm also from Europe and I don't have access to many sites from other countries, I just use a VPN. I used to use free ones, but they are very slow, so I found a paid VPN and now I use only it.
