Gambling Sites that accept USA players

Ok, I see, you put away some of my fears :P

Gambling should be legalized in US as far as I know 5dimes.eu is the bookmaker that offer betting offers for US citizens. I think that peaple that like to place bets will find a solution even if gambling is not allowed in their country

The fact that multiple regulated poker sites have closed their doors in barely a year of operation.

^ Multiple regulated sites? No. Only Ultimate Poker so far, though more may follow. The player pools are too small and the laws are too restrictive. Not to mention that the people running the companies are all doing so at a loss, due both to poor management and because they foolishly expected more expansion than has taken place thus far.

5Dimes does offer its services to US players. So do a number of other books like Bovada, Intertops, Jazette, Chico, etc -- And you are correct, people who want to bet, will bet. It's just like prohibition was in the USA in the 1920s and like marijuana is there now. If people want it, they will circumvent the laws to get it. I agree with you that an adult should be able to do as they please so long as they do not hurt others.

'it's just like prohibition was in the USA in the 1920" very true! The Volstead Act started in 1919 and ended in 1935. Does anyone see a correlation between the Volstead Act and The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA). I was going to write a post about this, I think I still am.

If you want to place legally then check out the "BetBlack" app on the Apple App Store. It's a risk free game that gives YOU the money to play. No deposits allowed and no risk from you.

Thank you for the tips and useful info!

Intertops is not accepting US players since 2012. I have no knowledge about any online casino who operates on US market for a longer period. They come, try and leave after a few months. Hardly ever they make any significant money. You can always play (or promote) Poker, but slots are not the option. Better story is in Canada.

You are incorrect. Intertops does accept US players now, and has for the overwhelming majority of time since Black Friday. They have shut off US players from a about 20% of US states for legal reasons, but they continue to offer new accounts and access to games for the rest of them. It is also true that Tops shut down new signups briefly on at least two occasions in the last 7 years, but they always reopened to new players quickly.

Right, like having a gun is okay but gambling is out of the question.

Well, a lot of things in USA are not okay, especially the violence part. I guess they are interested more for money going out of the country than people dying...

Well, bookmakers are paying taxes, so there should be no money problem. I don't really know what is the thing there, but it's pretty weird. They consider having a gut is just self protection. How would you prove that when someone point it at you

Where I live someone killed a thief in self protection and is now awaiting sentence in prison.... This one is also not good.

That's what I'm talking about. You're not secure when you have a gun and you're a bad guy, and the same when you're a victim. They just need to punish someone, and not the one who bribe you to stay out of it.

Another thing is the cops in USA are dead scared, mistakes happen and people die from the hands of the police. It's so different compared to Europe where the police are afraid to use guns even on terrorists :D.
