Everton vs Tottenham Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Everton:
Olsen; Coleman, Mina, Holgate, Digne; Allan, Doucoure; Iwobi, Sigurdsson, Richarlison; King

Tottenham:
Hart; Doherty, Dier, Rodon, Davies; Winks, Sissoko; Bale, Ndombele, Bergwijn; Vinicius

Everton welcome Tottenham at Goodison Park in all-Premier League clash in the fifth round of the FA Cup. The Toffees have already eliminated Rotherham and Sheffield Wednesday in the previous stages of this competition. Manager Carlo Ancelotti is doing an excellent job and the fans are satisfied, as well as the club officials. Everton have one win and one draw on the last two matches. They managed to beat Leeds United with 2:1. It was a hard-fought victory that came courtesy of Gylfi Sigurdsson and Dominic Calvert-Lewin strikes. The last match was very dramatic, Everton remained unbeaten at Old Trafford thanks to the last-minute equalizer. Calvert-Lewin was again the hero after secured a dramatic point in the fifth minute of stoppage time. It was a six-goal thriller that finished with a 3:3 draw. It was his 17th goal of the season. The previous two goals were scored by Doucoure and James Rodríguez at the beginning of the second half. Interesting to be mentioned, Doucoure has scored more Premier League goals against Manchester United (three) than he has against any other team. On the other side James Rodriguez has been involved in 12 goals for the club this season (scored five and assisted seven). The goal versus Manchester United was his first goal or assist away from Goodison Park. The atmosphere in the squad is good, while the players confidence is higher. But Ancelotti still has some injury worries. The first-choice keeper Jordan Pickford is struggling with a rib injury, so Robin Olsen will probably continue to deputize. James Rodriguez came off with a tight calf at Old Trafford and may not be risked. Players that were not starters against United, like Seamus Coleman, Yerry Mina, Alex Iwobi and Joshua King, could find a place in the team here. Allan should play his first match after recovering.

Tottenham have obtained two high victories in the previous phase of the competition. They destroyed Marine with 5:0 in the third and beat Wycombe with 4:1 in the fourth round. But the victory against Wycombe was all but easy. The Championship outfit scored first in 25th minute through Fred Onyedinma, but Gareth Bale equalized before the halftime, hooking in Lucas Moura's cross. And just when everybody thought the match will go in extra-time, Tottenham showed their class and scored three goals through Harry Winks and Tanguy Ndombele (double scorer). The last result in the Premier League is also good. The Spurs managed to beat West Bromwich with 2:0 last weekend. The match was marked by Harry Kane's surprise return from ankle injury. Even Mourinho was impressed and said Kane will break "every possible record". Kane help to end Tottenham's three-match losing streak with his 208th goal for the club, drawing him level alongside Bobby Smith and behind only Jimmy Greaves in Spurs' all-time scoring list. The North London outfit had failed to score in both matches Kane had missed. The other goal was netted by Son Heung-min. Mourinho will probably rest his attacking duo, especially with leaders Manchester City to come at the weekend. That means Carlos Vinicius may lead the line. Dele Alli is doubtful with a tendon problem, while Sergio Reguilon and Giovani Lo Celso remain sidelined. Eric Dier was rested against WBA for the weekend, but could return here. This will be a chance for Gareth Bale and Steven Bergwijn to impress the Portuguese coach after underwhelming performances in the last period. Dane Scarlett, who became Tottenham's youngest player to make an appearance in the Premier League with 16 years and 320 days, could take part in this match too.

Everton vs Tottenham Prediction:

I expect both teams to score here. Everton played efficient match at Old Trafford. They scored three goals, but also conceded three. Previously they beat Leeds United with 2:1. Tottenham, meanwhile, were very efficient in the FA Cup so far. The Spurs have scored 9 goals in two cup matches. I am aware that opponents were lower division sides, but I still believe they are able to score at least once at Goodison Park.

Everton vs Tottenham Pick: Both tams to score - Yes @ 1.90 with Bet365

Wolves

Wolves made a 0-0 draw with Leicester City at home in the last round. The last 5 games have 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. The state is not very good. They are currently ranked 14th, 12 points ahead of the relegation zone, and there is not much pressure to relegation. Under this circumstance, they can put more energy into the FA Cup.

Southampton

Southampton lost to Newcastle 2-3 in the last round of away games, and recently suffered a 4-game losing streak, conceding 16 goals during the period, defensive performance is extremely poor. Fortunately, they don't have to worry about relegation, and they can naturally put more energy into the FA Cup. It's just that they have lost 5 consecutive away games recently, and the team's away ability has declined a lot compared to before.

Verdict:

The difference in strength between the two sides is not big, and the outcome of this game is difficult to predict. The Asian handicap live odd is Wolves-0.25, seems no clearly support to both side. This game probally end of draw.

Wolves VS Southampton

Pick: Southampton+0.25

Barnsley vs Chelsea Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Barnsley:
Collins; Sibbick, Helik, Andersen; Brittain, Mowatt, Palmer, Styles; Frieser, Woodrow, Adeboyejo

Chelsea:
Kepa; James, Christensen, Zouma, Chilwell; Havertz, Kante, Gilmour; Ziyech, Abraham, Hudson-Odoi

Barnsley host Chelsea in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Thursday hoping to repeat their historic victory over the Blues at the same stage of the competition in 2008. This is the first time they have met in the FA Cup since then, but at the same time it is their second mutual game this season. Chelsea already faced Barnsley in Carabao Cup in September and won 6:0. It is clear the Premier League side are big favorites in this clash, but the cup competitions often produce surprises. The Reds booked their place in the last 16 by beating Tranmere Rovers with 2:0 and Norwich City with 1:0. Michal Helik and Cauley Woodrow secured the victory against Tranmere, while Callum Styles decided the match with Norwich. The actual form could be rated as solid, Barnsley have two draws on the last two league matches. First they shared the points with Cardiff playing a 2:2 draw. Goals from Mads Andersen and Cauley Woodrow looked to be enough for the victory, but the defense wasn't at desired level and conceded twice in the next period. At the end it was a disappointing result for Barnsley. In the last played fixture they registered a goalless draw with Nottingham. Barnsley were looking to rediscover their December form which had lifted them to the cusp of the play-off places. The weekend match against Derby County was postponed as the Oakwell's playing surface was deemed waterlogged and unsafe to play on. It will have been 12 days since the last fixture at Nottingham, so the players are hungry for football. Perhaps this surprise period of rest have helped the team, with a number of players suffering knocks in recent weeks. It's also given new signing, Daryl Dike more time for adaptation. The US international has signed a loan deal until the end of the season. The Tykes have an option to buy the 20-year-old Orlando City striker, who made his USA debut against Trinidad and Tobago. Dike was drafted last January and scored eight goals in his debut season. Dike was also named MLS Rookie of the Year for the 2020 campaign. It is likely for him to make his debut for Barnsley in this game. Of course, Cauley Woodrow, who has scored 9 goals in 23 Championship appearances this season, should lead the line. Three players - Aapo Halme, Ben Williams and Liam Kitching - will miss the game through injuries. Alex Mowatt is expected to shake off knocks in time to play.

Chelsea were lucky with the opponents so far in the FA Cup. They played both matches at home, while the rivals were lower-division sides. The Blues have eliminated Morecambe in the third round of the competition. It was a high 4:0 victory at Stamford Bridge thanks to the goals scored by Mason Mount, Timo Werner, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Kai Havertz. In the fourth round Chelsea managed to beat Luton with 3:1. This time it was "One man show" as Tammy Abraham scored a hat-trick and secured the victory and progress. The overall form is much better since the appointment of Thomas Tuchel. The German coach, who replaced the club legend Frank Lampard, have won three and drawn one of the four matches as manager. Chelsea have conceded just one goal under Tuchel, in the most recent outing against Sheffield United when won 2:1. But even that goal was scored by the Blues as it was an own-goal from Antonio Rudiger. The goalscorers for Chelsea were Jason Mount and Jorginho. Previously Tuchel managed to beat Burnley and Tottenham, while shared the points with Wolverhampton. Tuchel has the majority of his first-team players ready, but there are some issues too. Thiago Silva is struggling with a hamstring injury and won't play here. Timo Werner should be ready despite picking up a dead leg on Sunday. Nevertheless, it is expected to skip this match as precaution. but well drop out of the side. Christian Pulisic missed the game with Sheffield United because of family reasons and it remains to be seen if he will be available for this match. Tammy Abraham should start the match considering his good form in the cup. Abraham has hand in 8 goals in his last six FA Cup starts, scoring five and assisted three.

Barnsley vs Chelsea Prediction:

Chelsea are huge favorites in this match, however the FA Cup tradition is on Barnsley side. Back in 1989 they hammered Chelsea 4:0 in the third round
of the competition. In 2008 Barnsley recorded another victory at Oakwell. They narrowly won 1:0 with Kayode Odejayi's second half header. It is too much to expect a "hat-trick" for Barnsley, but I expect to make the life harder for the Blues. I think they are able to score in this match, so I expect an efficient game. Even if Barnsley failed to score, Chelsea could cover the line alone.

Barnsley vs Chelsea Pick: Over 2.5 goals @ 1.58 with 1xBet
