It’s been a while since this issue started, and I’m still waiting for a satisfactory response from BiggerZ about the approximately 6.75 BTC left in my account.
Before the problem began, my KYC had been approved, and I had successfully withdrawn funds without any issues.
After a significant win, I started making withdrawal requests. BiggerZ support informed me that my daily withdrawal limit was $10,000, equivalent to roughly 0.15 BTC at the time. I was advised to make withdrawals around that amount, and I followed the instructions.
Several withdrawals went through successfully before the process suddenly stopped. I still had approximately 6.75 BTC in my account.
I contacted support repeatedly to find out why my withdrawals were no longer being processed and what would happen to my remaining balance. Eventually, BiggerZ closed my account without resolving the issue.
What I find difficult to understand is that I followed the withdrawal procedure provided by support, yet I was later unable to access the rest of my funds.
I want BiggerZ to answer a few important questions:
* Why were my withdrawals stopped after I followed the instructions provided?
* Why was my account closed?
* What specific term or condition justifies the decision concerning my remaining 6.75 BTC?
* If BiggerZ believes I violated its rules, what exactly did I do wrong?
* What evidence supports the decision not to process my remaining balance?
I tried resolving this directly with BiggerZ but couldn't reach a satisfactory outcome. I subsequently filed a complaint with Casino Guru, which remains unresolved.
My complaint:
I have also preserved screenshots, conversations and withdrawal records relating to the matter. Since I cannot upload all the documents directly to the forum, I've shared the available evidence here:
I'm not asking anyone to accept my account of events without looking at the evidence, and I'm not trying to prevent BiggerZ from presenting its side.
I simply want a proper explanation. If there was a legitimate reason for stopping my withdrawals and closing my account, I want to know what it was and see the rule and evidence supporting that decision.
We're talking about approximately 6.75 BTC, and I don't believe an issue involving this amount should remain unresolved without a clear explanation.
BiggerZ, I'm giving you another opportunity to address this matter.
What happened to my remaining balance, and why was my account closed?
I'm still waiting for transparency and a fair resolution.
