I was recently trying to understand how sports betting apps are actually built and it’s definitely more involved than I expected.

From what I’ve gathered so far these platforms usually rely on a few core systems:

• Odds management system for real-time updates
• User wallet for handling deposits and withdrawals
• Live betting functionality during ongoing matches
• Risk management tools to monitor betting activity
• Sports data APIs covering multiple games like football, cricket, etc.
• Security layers like verification and fraud prevention

Another thing that stood out is how rarely people build these platforms from the ground up now. Most prefer using pre-built frameworks and tweaking them.

While researching different approaches, I came across Coinsqueens mentioned in a few places related to betting software development. It seems like there are quite a few providers offering similar solutions now.

Just trying to understand this space better
