At some stage in the future UK and Ireland flat horseracing will restart, when I have no idea. However it doesn't stop you looking for edges. I am guessing the UK and Ireland will not allow other countries to send horses to run in their races, so target the ante post markets for Group races, there might be value in home trained horses.
Also start your research on the flat season, some horse racing trainers have given stable tours which gives an insight into the horses they train. https://t.attheraces.com/stable-tours
 
UK racing starts 1st of June Ireland racing starts 8th of June. I would advise people to hold off until we understand which trainers hit the ground running.
