I wanted to start a personal thread to share my experience and also discuss some important concepts like equities trading, what is price action in trading, and intraday trading kya hota hai, especially for beginners and intermediate traders.

What is Equities Trading?​

Equities trading simply means buying and selling shares of companies in the stock market. When you buy equity, you become a small owner of that company.

There are mainly two types:

• Intraday Trading - Buy & sell on the same day
• Delivery Trading - Hold shares for longer time

Equities trading is considered safer than derivatives if done with proper risk management.

Intraday Trading Kya Hota Hai?​

Intraday trading ka matlab hota hai same day share buy aur sell karna, market close hone se pehle.

Example:

• Aapne Reliance share ₹2500 pe buy kiya
• ₹2520 pe sell kar diya same day
• Aapka profit = ₹20 per share

Key points:

✔ No overnight risk
✔ Fast profit & loss
✔ Requires proper strategy
✔ Risk management is very important

But beginners ko bina knowledge ke intraday avoid karna chahiye.

Agar price resistance break karta hai strong volume ke saath, toh buying opportunity ho sakti hai.

Price action is one of the most powerful and professional trading methods.

• Proper risk management
• No overtrading

Not an experienced trader, I don't know if people can make profit by buying and selling stocks in the short term. I have been holding the same stocks and just collecting dividends in the last years. My experience is good. I think this is the way to do it, but different people have different ways.
