There will be a distinct Louisianian flavor to this season’s Super Bowl in Miami.

The Indianapolis Colts, with Louisiana-born QB Peyton Manning, will represent the AFC while the New Orleans Saints will represent the NFC.

The Colts opened as 5-point Super Bowl favorites with an Over/Under of 55 and are currently -6 with the Total at 56.

Listed as 9-point home faves going into the AFC championship game, the Colts covered and defeated the New York Jets 30-17.

The Saints won a thriller in overtime, beating Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings 31-28 — New Orleans was a 4-point home fave and it failed to cover.
