We have been all victim of some scammers over the net, offering us some 'fixed matches or other stuff' and getting our money.
So i think the end has come for these cheaters.
unofficial Moneybookers and police has started working together on some secret project for catching all them and make them to pay money as castigation or they go to jail. Project has different names on of them is Inappropriate Actions, and all cheaters will need to send money to some other mb account as punishment.
This is really cool, and they will catch them all.
