Guys, how do you handle recovery after intense workouts? I’ve noticed that just sleep and food are sometimes not enough for consistent progress. What really helps your body recover?
I get better recovery by adding light stretching, slow walks, more water, and a bit of magnesium. I also keep workout intensity in check so I’m not killing myself every session.
Ice baths, light mobility work, and making sure my protein is spread across the day helped me recover way quicker. I also track my training load so I’m not frying myself every session. I’ve tried some supplements from balkanpharm before, but only after a medical check to be sure everything was fine, and it reminded me how much proper rest and smart programming matter more than anything else.
