IPSWICH - LEICESTER PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Ipswich have suffered in the last few games, a mixed run with 2 wins and 2 defeats with a draw sandwiched in the middle. The Tractor boys have only scored once in the last four games though. They are slipping back into the relegation dog fight as the sides around them all seem to be winning games. Ipswich have 10 wins, 9 draws and 15 defeats, leaving them on 39 points (just four points above the drop zone) Ipswich are struggling with their football too, they are battling their way through games and sometimes this is not enough. Reece Brown joins on loan from Man Utd, while McCarthy has no new injury worries.

Leicester returned to winning ways in midweek after another of their little stutters. The Foxes destroyed Blackburn 3-0 in a game that turned on a wonder save from Kasper Schmeichal. After that it was all one way traffic and Leicester dominated. They moved to 57 points but are still 5 points off second (although they do have a game in hand) Leicester have 17 wins, 6 draws and 10 losses. They still boast the best defensive record in the division and indeed only Brighton’s come anywhere near it. Striker David Nugent is again a doubt with a recurrence of a neck injury.

IPSWICH - LEICESTER: 1X2 BETTING PREVIEW

Leicester are playing so far above Ipswich its a real surprise to see odds of 2.20 on the away side. The Tractor Boys will be looking to rough The Foxes up but its not going to happen with a defensive unit so adept as Leicesters. Ipswich have no Plan B at the moment and Leicester should win this with ease. All the signs point to an easy away win and would be very surprised if Ipswich even trouble the scorer.
