most sites don't need verification for deposit. but they want documents to verify before withdraw.
I've heard 1xbet dose not need verification and some others don't need to verify for deposit/withdraw by BTC / crypto.

There is also possibility to use VPN account and buy already verified betting account with confirmed documents, but I would never recommend this risky option! Though many people from banned countries use this trick, you can get deleted and banned at any time, without warning, losing all your money.

Sometimes, it's just reasonable to follow the rules and avoid betting due to laws of country you live in. Then there is the option to move to more opened country, but that changes whole life.
