Betting in Sweden

Hi,

I have moved to Sweden temporarily and wanted to carry on with my betting. Is betting in Sweden entirely online? I have been trying to find a betting kiosk/shoppe in the street (say, Svenska Spel) but to no avail. Neither their site nor google do list their land points. Hence my question. Thanks.

I dont know, but why would you want to bet in shops? The odds are usually way worser than what betfair has for example. You also have way more control online. From what I read betting online in Sweden is legal, they have some sort of online bookmaker which is the only one that is official but you can use all of the other websites.

I appreciate it when forum users post answer to questions rather than dispute a question, trying to make the poster feel unaware of the world around them. As it happens, as a web dev I have worked on a betting site and am aware of online betting all too well and I really don't need sophisticated hints. Thank you very much.

I was told in Sweeden is not legal to bet. Maybe that's why you cannot find any. But of course here a sweedish would help you better.
