Bets deleted in my Coral account

My Coral account was hacked recently. Somebody got in and placed about 13 bets of 2.50 each on some Casino game. I would never do that sort of betting. I only bet on Sports.
I noticed this and had a webchat with Coral. My account was closed pending an investigation. The investigation concluded that I was at fault, even though my password is strong. I questioned this decision and ask for a refund as a gesture of goodwill. They said no.
Later on , they opened my account again. Then I checked my bet history and to my great suprise, the bets were missing .
I e mailed them about this and they said that no bets were ever deleted from bet histories. Now they have closed my account again.
What is going on?

I would advise punters not to leave big balances in their accounts. The risks are just too great

Just contact the gambling regulator that takes care of this bookmaker, not the bookmaker directly. Maybe they will help you more.

First you should collect all valuable info to your case. This includes emails, live chat messages with the casinos. I hope you screenshotted the bet history before they delete it. All this will be good evidence for your case.

AskGamblers forum works directly with casino reps and people go there to make complaints. Unfortunately, it's not for sport betting so I suggest you find a similar version of this and make a complaint on that.

The last resort is to contact the licensing regulator of Coral. But beware it might take a while for them to process your case.

Thanks for sharing your stories. If we don't speak out against casinos' shady practices, they will keep suppressing the players.
