They use Bet-IBC name to charge huge fees on deposits and withdrawals, cheat on the Bitcoin rate, make customers wait 72 hours to credit a deposit, etc. And they use Acc-EX name to keep all the funds when a player dares to win a bit of money.

Bet-ibc are so stupid.

Back in 2016 when I signed up to my first bet broker, I actually used Bet-IBC because they provided real Betfair accounts (what their other name Acc-ex do now lol). At that time I remember they already charged very big fees, then I switched to Easysportbet.

So back then, in 2016, you had only 2 brokers to offer Betfair: it was them and the other was Easysportbet.

At that time, you could feel Bet-IBC had an advantage on the market, they had the experience and were offering many different bookies... but then the rivals did the same, and then Bet-in-Asia, Asianconnect offered pretty much the same with much lower fees (sometimes no fee at all). And now, everyone offer Orbitx which is a Betfair clone...

Asianconnect have an amazing support, and are very fast for withdrawals which cost nothing if you use Bitcoin, other brokers are the same (Easysportbet, Brokerstorm), what do Bet-IBC do in the meantime? They charge huge fees, delay deposits until you pay an extra 5% fee, charge you 5% extra fee if you don't fill up the withdrawal form correctly (what the hell are they thinking?). Then create another brand Acc-ex to steal the players money...

Bet-IBC if you read this, you shot yourself in the foot, the competition is much better than you, and most importantly more trustworthy. Your strategy of stealing money to your customers is stupid. What kind of business strategy is that? You guys are fucking retarded. You could have built a solid reputation, now you are a laughing stock and have a scammer reputation... scammer which you are. You guys are greedy morons.

Well, sadly I have no action or any solution to undertake in my situation. I played on their other gambling website that displays no license. When you ask in the chat, they themselves recognize they have no license, so it is my mistake and I learnt my lesson.

I wish your friend the best of luck to recover his funds. 64k is a lot of money!

here is my warning for Bet-IBC, they are stealing players money, i am going charged at my withdraw
with 27% fees and only got this reply all further other mails i wrote with no reply

Your withdrawal was charged with:
1% standard withdrawal fee;
5% currency exchange;
5% express option;
10% for using a payment option for withdrawals that was never used for depositing at least once.

no word why they deducted 27% from my withdraw, never asked about a express option or slected also
no reply about this fact so with there no reply about the major facts here they are confirming the fraud they did.
they inventing rules or disrespecting there own terms so stay away of this scamers.

Whenever a betting house claims you can't withdraw because of unusual betting pattern (notice how vague it is, means all and nothing) it is a HUGE huge red flag.
I read plenty of stories on other forums about such practices. Run away from these dodgy companies is my best advice.

Especially since we know this wasn't Pinnacle decision, it was a decision by Bet-IBC who were butthurt someone was winning money.

This is beyond embarrassing from Bet-IBC, notice how they proceed exactly the same with accounts provided by Acc-Ex, transferring money from account to another, charging huge fees and not paying when you win.
