seems like these big bookies have a serious problem when it comes to customer service! maybe they just ignore this aspect, our our detriment, and over the years i've come to notice that brokers such as betibc & asianconnect are actually better when it comes to fast & flexible customer service when compared to the big bookies, and that's quite strange!
