I’m sharing this because I think people deserve to know what happened to my money on BiggerZ Casino.
Right now, I’m in a massive dispute over roughly 6.75 BTC that was left in my balance after they blocked my withdrawals and locked me out of my account. I'm not asking anyone to blindly take my side-I just want to lay out the plain facts, show my proof, and get a straight answer from BiggerZ.
Here is what went down:
My KYC was fully verified, I’ve already made successful withdrawals before, and there was zero sign of any issue. But after hitting a huge win, I started pullin my money out. That’s when support told me they had a $10,000 daily limit (around 0.15 BTC at the time) and explicitly told me to submit multiple cashouts at that specific size.
I did exactly what they asked. I didn't try to cheat the system or bypass limits. I just followed their instructions stepbystep.
At first, the payouts went through. Then, without warning, everything froze with about 6.75 BTC stil sitting in my account. I reached out to ask what was going on, and instead of helping me, they outright closed my account.
That makes no sense to me. Why tell me to withdraw a certain way, let me follow those exact rules, and then pull the plug? If there was a problm, why wasn't it brought up before they told me to keep requesting cashouts?
I ended up taking the dispute to Casino Guru (casino.guru/complaints/biggerz-casino-player-s-withdrawal-has-been-delayed-1?hl=en-US), but it went unresolved. I know a complaint thread doesn't automaticaly make them guilty, but it shows I've tried every normal channel to fix this without getting a clear answer.
This isn't just a standard processing delay, 6.75 BTC is a life-changing amount of money to hold hostage. I have all the receipts, chat logs, and proof saved, though the forum wouldn't let me upload them all directly, so you can check out the screenshots here: imgur.com/a/vWFhPD0
I don't have a personal vendeta; I just want transparncy. If BiggerZ believes they had a right to take my money, I want them to point to the exact term in their rules, show the evidence, and explain why my account was closed. Otherwise, they need to return my balance.

That sounds really frustrating, especially since you followed the withdrawal instructions from support. Keeping chat logs and transaction proof is important in a dispute like this. Hopefully, BiggerZ gives a clear explanation and resolves the issue fairly.
