Gambling Sites that accept USA players

You are incorrect. Intertops does accept US players now, and has for the overwhelming majority of time since Black Friday. They have shut off US players from a about 20% of US states for legal reasons, but they continue to offer new accounts and access to games for the rest of them. It is also...

    Online Poker in USA

Bots can not see your cards. There is no special "hack" that a robot can do to purloin your hole card data from the poker site. Do bots exist? Sure. Are 99.9% of them beatable? Yes. Do some of them win money? Yes. Do bot rings get caught and shut down? Of course they do. PokerStars...

    Online Poker in USA

The fear of "Big Brother" is rampant in the USA. It's also rather deserved in some respects (not the ones you've mentioned obviously) given the blanket powers the NSA has to spy on US citizens. However, it is silly that it spills over into mass paranoia on the part of the populace who become...

Gambling Sites that accept USA players

^ Multiple regulated sites? No. Only Ultimate Poker so far, though more may follow. The player pools are too small and the laws are too restrictive. Not to mention that the people running the companies are all doing so at a loss, due both to poor management and because they foolishly...

    Online Poker in USA

I know this post is old, but, I'd like to respond to it piece by piece in case anyone else has the same questions or issues. Bovada has a number of deposit options other than Visa, including cash via "rapid transfer," bank wire, and it appears as if bitcoin may be just around the corner. You...

Gambling Sites that accept USA players

No one has gone to jail for online gambling in the USA, not from a consumers standpoint at least. Operators can and do get in trouble. Once again, there are no laws in 95% of states that would make online gambling illegal. It is a public misconception that online poker and online gambling are...

Gambling Sites that accept USA players

I should have also clarified a bit more. Gaming is illegal in only a handful of states, and while not expressly illegal or legal, that makes it a "gray market." You can not get into any trouble for playing poker or participating in online gambling in any of the states without laws expressly...

Not just about money,it’s about feeling of winning.

Yes, the feeling of winning is important to recreational players more than pro players, generally speaking. Spamming broken English that doesn't make sense across every forum related to gambling ever is a waste of your time however. Make over that crappy looking website and get a native...

Gambling Sites that accept USA players

Online poker is legal in 3 of the 50 US states. Online casino is legal in 2 of those states. Online sportsbetting is legal in none of the states. It will be many many years, in my opinion, before it proliferates across the country and having more the half the country involved is a decade away...

Dates Announced for 2015 World Series of Poker

"The 2015 WSOP will kick off with an exciting new event called The Colossus, a $565 buy-in tournament with a $5 million guaranteed prize pool." WOW! Ten thousand entrants/entries to break even. This is going to be a super soft and super huge event! I can see some frustrated pro firing a...

Gambling Sites that accept USA players

Actually yes, it can, for US players. The only way for US players to join Intertops is via invitation. If a US player signs up on Intertops w/o an invite, they get an error when they try to log in and are blocked. If they get an invitation first, the account functions just fine.

Gambling Sites that accept USA players

Actually Intertops does accept new US players, but you have to get an invitation from someone to join. Not everyone is allowed to pass out invitations, so it isn't the easiest thing in the world to do I suppose.

Cyber Attacks On Online Gambling Sites

No, these attacks are not of the normal scope. 888, party, Carbon, WPN all were hit during big tournaments, at very costly times. We have a followup article in the works to describe more of what has happened, but the scope an scale required to take down some of these big publicly traded sites...

Poker Pros, Celebs & Wall Streeters Raise $910K at Recent WPT Charity Poker Tournament

I keep very up to date with the poker news. This is one charity poker tournament that escaped my review however, at least until now. It is refreshing to see such a large sum being raised for charity. Poker players tend to get a bad rap for being greedy, so this definitely can help with that...
