Last round in the Spanish Segunda Division, the 13th-placed Leganes welcome second-placed Almeria at the Estadio Municipal de Butarque. The hosts have had a disappointing season and are set to finish in the lower part of the table after making the play-off last season. The actual form is mixed, one win, one draw and one defeat on the last three matches. They played a goalless draw at Cartagena, lost 3:2 to the leaders Eibar and picked up a high 3:0 win over Ponferradina last weekend. Borja Garces was the key name after scoring a brace in the first half, while Naim Garcia netted the third in the 82nd minute. Nevertheless, Leganes paid a high prize for the victory. Three players saw yellow cards and won't play here - Allan Nyom, Yacine Qasmi and Seydouba Cisse will serve one-match suspension. Goalkeeper Asier Riesgo is rated as doubtful, while Fede Vico continues to recover from his cruciate ligament rupture.

Almeria are second with 80 points and they are looking for promotion. Nevertheless, they missed a big chance to secure a top-two finish last weekend. After a series of four victories they failed to beat the bottom-placed Alcorcon. In fact, they were on the verge of suffering a shock defeat until the third minute of stoppage time, but substitute Arnau Puigmal found the back of the net to set the final score (1:1) at Estadio Mediterraneos. Dropping two points against already-relegated Alcorcon surely affect the players confidence, though they are still in good position. Almeria are two points ahead of third-placed Valladolid ahead of the final day. Most of the players are ready, but long-term injury victims Juanjo Nieto and Ivan Martos, remain sidelined. Umar Sadiq, who has scored 17 goals and set up 12 more this season, should lead the line.

Leganes vs Almeria Prediction:

Almeria are second on the table with 80 points, two more than Valladolid. Since Almeria own a better H2H record against Valladolid, they only need a point from this match to confirm their automatic promotion. Almeria are huge favorites, but I think both coaches - Mehdi Nafti from Leganes and Rubi from Almeria - should be satisfy with a point.
