What's the best formula for working out the odds of a greyhound finishing in the 1st two.(6 runners)
Is it as simple as 3/1 greyhound to finish 1st 2 at 1/4 odds =3/4
If a greyhound is 11/8 favourite to win what's the odds it finishes in the first 2?
