when i wanted to play online poker for real money it says theres a new legislation against it saying no deposites or wagers from u.s. players. do you have any ideas when this will be cleared up?

But there may be a chance for you to be invited by a player from different country and then register an account. I don't say it is going to work, but I have heard that someone from U.S did it that way and it worked. You should look into it.

Yes,Lenny is right.

Hello Tom, in which state do you reside? It really differs from one to another as each state has having its own legislation. Online gambling games are legal in some while banned in others. Well, you can also tryout the way suggested by Lenny but again I am not sure it will work or not.

Like Edward wrote - Tom, in which state do you reside? It is really important to know it..

I think Online Poker is nothing different from the game 'POKER', but the only difference is that in online poker you play the game using computer, smartphone or tablet with the Internet connection. You are no need to worry about the security and legality when playing online poker because nowadays many poker platforms are offering genuine game such as poker circle.

Fortunately it's not an issue here so I play on PartyPoker and sometimes the slots at PlayOJO, I hope they sort the rules for the US soon for you.
