Hertha Berlin v Hamburger SV predictions & betting tips
Hertha Berlin played 2-2 away to HSV last Bundesliga match day. They were leading 2-1 until the 89th minute. They were the lesser side on the day and could easily have lost. Hamburger SV lost 5-1 at home against attack minded Hoffenheim. I must admit I didn’t see that result coming. HSV has plenty to offer going forward on a usual day at the office, but they will have to work hard to improve on their defensive abilities before this game. They have let in 8 goals in two games, and that’s just not good enough for this team.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Hertha let HSV have most of the possession here, then counter them half to death like they did against Eintracht Frankfurt. HSV will of course be wary on this and try to defend better than they have so far.

I think it’s a good idea to leave the 1x2 and handicaps alone. This game looks very open. One thing is certain though, the over 2.5 goals must be a massive favorite. After all; these sides have been involved in 22 goals in 4 combined matches. My betting tip has to be Over 2.5 goals. Paddy Power offers a whopping 1.73 (8/11). I doubt those odds will be available for long.

There is no value in backing Dotmund to win at such a short price but it could be worth betting on the draw at half-time and Dortmund to be winning at full-time at odds of 7/2 with Bet Victor. Their opening home match this season was a draw at half time before they went on to win.
