BORUSSIA DORTMUND V FREIBURG PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS
Dortmund look to solidify their second place in the Bundesliga as the season winds up in Germany. They are currently 20 points behind leaders Bayern Munich and the league title is obviously gone but it is important they hold onto second or third place for their guaranteed place in the Champions League next season. They currently have a 1 point lead over 3rd place Leverkusen and a 7 point lead over the chasing teams in 4th and 5th. Dortmund’s recent form has been mixed with 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 defeats in their last 5 games and they’ll need to improve that if they want to hold onto 2nd spot.
Freiburg are in 8th position with 36 points from 25 games and are in a very tight fight between the sides from 3th to 9th with only a 4 point gap between them. The final Champions League spot isn’t out of the question for any of the top half teams if they go on a strong run and Freiburg will fancy their chances. They are on a run of 3 games without a win however with 2 draws and a defeat and will need to turn that around quickly or they’ll fall down the table.
BORUSSIA DORTMUND V FREIBURG PREDICTIONS: 1X2 BETTING PREVIEW
Dortmund are the best team on paper in this matchup and with home field advantage they should have more than enough to get the win. They may have struggled compared to Bayern this year but they are still a clear second best team in the league and will feel they can beat any team, especially at home.
