FREIBURG V HANNOVER 96 PREDICTIONS

Freiburg are still right in the hunt for the final Champions League spot while Hannover are trying to hold on to a top half place after a poor run of results.

Freiburg are 5th in the Bundesliga with 42 points from 28 matches which leaves them just 3 points behind 4th place Schalke in the final Champions League spot. They have won two straight matches to close the gap and have some winnable games ahead. If Schalke were to lose at home to Leverkusen then Freiburg would go 4th with a win.

Hannover are 9th in the table with 38 points from 28 matches which leaves them 4 points off a Europe League spot and 7 points off the last Champions League spot. With their recent form of just 1 win in their last 5 matches they really should be looking behind them and a defeat here could have them in 11th place. Hannover had an excellent chance at Europe with their first half of the season but they have let things slip.

FREIBURG - HANNOVER 96 BETTING TIPS

Freiburg are looking for their 3rd straight win and know that with the two teams directly ahead of them playing each other it is a great opportunity to make up some points.

Back a Freiburg win at 1.83 with Betsson
 
BAYERN MUNICH V NURNBERG PREDICTIONS

Bayern already have the title won but they will want to keep their momentum going for their Champions League run. Nurnberg are in the bottom half but with a very tight table they still have a shot at a European place if they continue their impressive form.

Bayern Munich sealed the Bundesliga title with a 1-0 win away at Frankfurt last week. They lead rivals Borussia Dortmund by 20 points and have had a fantastic season, losing just once in the league all year. They are through to the Champions League semi final after a comfortable 4-0 aggregate win over Juventus and all their focus will go on that now, so a few players may be rested here.

Nurnberg are 10th in the table with 38 points from 28 matches which leaves them 4 points behind a Europa League spot. They are undefeated in 9 matches but are still drawing too many matches, if they can continue racking up the points they have a great chance of a European place.

BAYERN MUNICH – NURNBERG BETTING TIPS

Bayern may rotate some players here but that won’t reduce the quality of their side by much. On the bench against Juventus they had Gomez, Shaqiri, Pizarro, Boateng and Luiz Gustavo, all players who would be first picks in most other sides.

I can’t see anything other than a Bayern win here and will be backing them at 1.22 with Betsson
