Fund Passing with Asianconnect88/Piwi247

I've been playing via AsianConnect and Piwi247 for several years now and have been very satisfied so far.On Wednesday, I logged into my Piwi account and suddenly about €4,500 disappeared.Several bets were placed under open bets at completely unrealistic odds in an attempt to siphon off the money. I will document this with the following screenshots.

This is clearly a case of third-party login and fund passing.I have no idea how this could have happened, and what's worse: AsianConnect has so far left me hanging and put me off. I sincerely hope the matter will be resolved, as I'm not aware of any wrongdoing.Be careful!

Me too.. the same story
Last Saturday I logged my Piwi account and found Two bets on tennis of 1400 that I didn't placed and AC accused me of funds passing and closed my account and seized the funds
i don't know what I can do
They respond me always in the same way that is their upline that decided

Very good news: It took three weeks, but I got my money back. The bets were probably canceled.

How did you do it?
They solved themselves or you continue to write to them?
I contacted them 6-7 times, but always the same answer...
If you give me some advice I'll be glad
