Germany vs Serbia Preview:

The former World Champions Germany host Serbia in a friendly match at the Volkswagen Arena. The hosts are in transition period. Coach Joachim Loew announced that three experienced players - Thomas Muller, Mats Hummels and Jerome Boateng - will no longer be considered for international duty. The reaction was expected after the failure at the World Cup in Russia last summer and poor performances in UEFA Nations League. As You probably know, Germany finished bottom of their group that also consist Netherlands and France. The Panzers were relegated to the lower tier and that's a big disappointment. Joachim Loew's men suffered two painful defeats during the campaign. First they were beaten by Netherlands after Virgil Van Dijk, Memphis Depay and Gini Wijnaldum secured a 3:0 victory. The second successive defeat in the tournament came in France through an Antoine Griezmann brace. Germany failed to beat any match at home - they played a goalless draw with France and a 2:2 draw with Netherlands. Changes were expected, so Loew called some new names in the squad, like Lukas Klostermann, Niklas Stark and Maximilian Eggestein. For this match Loew will be missing Leon Goretzka and Timo Werner due to injury and illness. Leroy Sane is expected to provide the spark in attack as he has scored in his last two appearances.

Serbia had a successful campaign in UEFA Nations League. They were dominant in a group with Romania, Montenegro and Lithuania. Serbia had four victories and two draws on six matches. After defeating Lithuania with 1:0 in the opening fixture in September, Serbia played out two draws with Romania both at home and away as both ties sandwiched a 2:0 victory at Montenegro in October. Serbia’s first outing of November saw them winning 2:1 over Montenegro, this time at home. The Eagles secured the top spot finish in the group with a big 4:1 victory against Lithuania last time out. The atmosphere in the squad is positive, while the players confidence is high. However, coach Mladen Krstajic has lot of issues ahead of this match. Aleksandar Prijovic is the last injury victim. He withdrew from the national team because of muscle injury. Milan Pavkov, who scored both goals for Red Star Belgrade against Liverpool in the Champions League, was called as his replacement. Ajax Amsterdam's star Dusan Tadic is also struggling with injury, as well as Nemanja Matic, Aleksandar Kolarov, Branko Kostic and Ljubomir Fejsa. Most of them will not be risked here in order to be saved for the upcoming qualification's game with Portugal. It is clear the Serbian national team will be very handicapped for this match. Just to mention, coach Krstajic refused to ask the question why he continued not to call Luka Milivojevic from Crystal Palace and Marko Grujic from Hertha Berlin.

Germany vs Serbia Prediction:

Germany should win this match. The Panzers will enter the game fully motivated after the last poor results. Serbia, meanwhile, will be without many regulars. Aleksandar Prijovic, Dusan Tadic, Nemanja Matic, Aleksandar Kolarov, Branko Kostic and Ljubomir Fejsa are struggling with injuries, while Luka Milivojevic and Marko Grujic are not called. Few more players may be rested for the upcoming qualification's game with Portugal. In situation like that, I expect Germany to win with at least two goals.

Germany vs Serbia Pick: Germany -1.5 AH @ 2.26 with Pinnacle

Two big events without the Netherlands are many and it is time for the "oranje" to star in again. A very demanding group with Germany and Northern Ireland, and today they welcome Belarus in a game that is clearly the big favorite for the show. The Cumman team has the chance to get into the ... right to the qualifiers and will logically succeed. Positive that the Belarusians do not play defensive and this will help to see a good game with several goals
NETHERLANDS vs BELARUS @@ +2.50 Over, odds 1.50

The undisputed talent in the home team does not leave much room for the guests, but everything is possible in football. An early goal can open the pace so that many goals can be scored
BELGIUM vs RUSSIA @@ +2.50 Over, odds 1.65
