At first look the matches where you can have a god are Manchester vs City, where the favorite is Manchester Utd, but City are the team that can trouble them + Utd are definately not the team from last year. Possible draw in that match...
Wolverhampton v Fulham is possible home win, Fullham play against CSKA Sofia in Thursday and have to return in England to play Sunday match. Definately not the best schedule, you can throw a few units on that.

West Ham v Liverpool 2

West ham are 13th with only one win from 5 matches vs Wolverhampton, the guests played against Debrecen and got the win 1-0. In the last round of the Premiership they crashed Burnley 4-0. If Liverpool loses new points here I dont see how they will fight for the 1st place. That's why I think they will get the win here.
