Do this if your game freezes

My last game against CRCA11 froze and I almost lost an un-losable game until I did the following: After trying everything: flipping, clicking the back and forth arrows repeatedly, etc., I completely closed out of the game and out of Chess.com, then went back in. That fixed the problem. What was strange was, with just 14 seconds left I made my next move, and only THEN did my opponent resigns.
