Cavaliers remove the Ban on the Fan who Confront LeBron to Return to Cleveland

Back in March 2013, When LeBron James is in the middle of the game against his former team Cavaliers. James Blair rush onto the court and tapping LeBron and showing him a shirt saying "We Miss You" front while in the back "2014 Come Back" immediately the security staff assisted Blair to get out of the court and they ban the guy from the Q. After more than a year the ban was lifted and Blair now is allowed come in the Q to watch Cavs.
