I am new member on 10bet, firstly I made deposit $34.00 for test and got welcome bonus $17.00 but presently my Bonus Balance is $224 but withdrawable balance showing is $00.00 So what I can do. please suggest

contact the support and ask how much is the bonus playthrough, you cannot withdraw until you bet bonux x certain ammount, usually 20 times.
