Betway help new bie here

Hello guys im new here
I just wanna ask you guys i wanna verify my betway account and they asked for id or driving license and a utility bill , well i sent them both id and driving license but i dont have an utility bill of my own i still live with my parents :/ im 20 btw so can i send it even tho its not on my name ? Or what should i really do?

I think you shuld ask them by email. I sent utility bill from internet company which is usually on my name when I was still living with my parents.
