Hi there, new here! I have a few accumulators on my betfair account which have done really well. I have two selections left which are NBA outrights. The rules state that if an event does not complete within 3 days of the scheduled end date then the bet is void however the NBA regular season ended on the 15th and the selection was not voided. I messaged them on live chat and the first support member said yes it is void. But then it was not not showing as void so I message again later and then they redirected me to the trading desk. I received and email saying they have to wait for more information. Should I just leave it and wait or try to chase it up as I’m afraid if they are not voiding it now they won’t void it at all and I could possibly lose if the season restarts or have to wait months. Please can you give me some advice. Thanks!

Better push them to void it. I don't know are they waiting. This event won't happen soon for sure.
