Practice, practice and more practice. Poker is an evolving game and because you played good poker like 10 years before that doesn't have to mean you play it as good today. The play style always changes during time. That's the same with chess, so you need to keep update (read guides, forums, etc)...

For me it's pokerstars, before and after that Friday I'm still with them and I'm happy there.
