I've tried BET-IBC for tennis and they offer also a large range of bookies and sports. you can give it a try also

I am from From Nederlands, I've search also and I succeded in having a real Betfair account with ACC-EX.COM I think they are good, I am also charged the 40 Euro. this is for monthly membership and it is paid quaterly.

I agree with this. as a tennis lover too I used to place bets before games also. i think what you are saying here sounds exciting, so where else can I try live bets for tennis ?
