Does anybody know what colourful signs of shields near teams namings mean? This is Latvian soccer standings. Here u see blue and green, they can also be black and red.

For instance, right now a match is being played between Al Arabi Doha and Al Samal, and i dont understand why the favourite scored a goal and still coeficient is 1.22 for a favourite... well, hardly anybody knows, but may i find even a paid mentoring, a person to ask defenite questions?
