The Sacramento Kings still have faith on DeMarcus Cousins that he can avoid his past mistakes and be the foundation of the new owner Ranadive. In a statement O'Neal said, "When I look at a young DeMarcus Cousins, I see a young Shaquille O'Neal. Very talented, very stubborn in his ways."
